A bathroom is the most unforgiving room in a remodel. Behind the tile is waterproofing, slope, and plumbing that has to be right the first time — because when a shower pan is done wrong, you don't find out until there's water in the ceiling below. In Valley Village, that risk runs high, because the homes are old enough that what's behind the wall is rarely what you'd hope.
We're based on Burbank Boulevard in Valley Glen, immediately adjacent to Valley Village, and we've remodeled bathrooms in these 1930s–40s bungalows and Spanish-style homes for over a decade. The original bathrooms here are small, tub-centric, and often still running on corroded galvanized supply lines. Our job is usually two things at once: fitting a real walk-in shower and clean, character-appropriate finishes into a compact room, and quietly fixing the plumbing and framing problems the last owner tiled over.
Everything happens under one roof — demo, waterproofing, plumbing, tile, glass, and finish. One crew, one fixed-price contract, one point of contact. And every permit is pulled through LADBS and closed with a signed final inspection, so the work is legal and documented, not a hidden liability when you sell.
