SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the text (SMS/MMS) messaging program operated by Right Image Builders, Inc. ("Right Image Builders," "we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages from us, you accept these SMS Terms. They supplement our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Program Description

Right Image Builders sends text messages to homeowners and prospective clients who have asked us to contact them. Messages relate to your inquiry or project and may include:

• Confirming or scheduling your free on-site estimate;
• Coordinating appointments, site visits, and access;
• Project updates, scheduling changes, and milestone notices;
• Replies to questions you send us;
• Occasional follow-up about an estimate or request you submitted.

2. How You Opt In

You opt in by affirmatively checking the SMS consent box on a form on our website, by providing your mobile number and requesting a text reply, or by texting us first. Consent is captured only when you take that affirmative action — we do not add numbers automatically.

Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You can request an estimate, contact us, and hire Right Image Builders without agreeing to receive text messages. If you prefer, we will reach you by phone or email instead.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on your inquiry and the stage of your project — for example, you may receive several messages while an estimate is being scheduled and few or none at other times.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Any such charges are billed by, and payable to, your mobile service provider under your plan. Right Image Builders does not charge you for the messages themselves. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging and data plan.

5. Opting Out (STOP)

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send further texts to that number unless you opt in again.

You may also opt out by calling (888) 357-9992 or emailing office@rightimagebuilders.com. Opting out of texts does not withdraw any other request you have made; we may still contact you by phone or email about your project.

7. Carriers and Delivery

Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier's network and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all mobile devices or carriers may support the messages we send.

8. Privacy and Your Mobile Number

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all category-based sharing described in our Privacy Policy, and this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We use your mobile number and consent record only to operate this messaging program — and disclose it only to the messaging providers who transmit messages on our behalf, strictly for that purpose. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or authorized to use, the mobile number you provide. If your mobile number changes or is reassigned, please notify us so we do not message the wrong person.

10. Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued participation in the messaging program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
